Verification Services and Pricing
CompoundedGuide sells evidence work: primary-source dossiers, monitored baselines, and licensed access to the same provenance-tracked data this site publishes. Prices below are the current test values from our published plan. We never sell a compound, a prescription, an eligibility outcome, or influence over a record.
Facility Due-Diligence Packet
$1,500 per facility (test price)
A primary-source evidence dossier on one compounding facility or chain: identity, pathway, registrations, inspections, actions, licenses, and named unresolved fields — with a source link and date for every material field.
Includes
- Legal entity and aliases
- Physical facility and compounding pathway (503A/503B)
- Home-state and selected nonresident license checks
- FDA registration, inspection, Form 483, recall, and action fields
- Source links and separately dated retrieval/review for every field
- Named unresolved items and the correction channel
Does not include
- Medical advice
- Legal opinion
- Guarantee of quality or compliance
- Private records or patient data
- Favorable outcome
- Ongoing monitoring unless added
Three completed sample audits (Empower Pharma, Nephron Sterile Compounding Center, Wells Pharma of Houston) with FDA registry rows independently checked and unresolved fields kept unresolved. Samples available on request.
Readiness gate: Deliverable exists in sample form (three completed Evidence-Gap Audits); automated pipeline (kva.6) not required for founder-delivered packets.
Founding Network Watch
$2,500 setup + $1,500/month (test price, five founding seats)
A monitored baseline across five named entities you choose, with reviewed monthly summaries of material changes: new warnings, recalls, disciplines, license and state-coverage changes, and relationship or claims changes.
Includes
- Baseline: five named entities
- Provider–pharmacy–facility chain map
- License and enforcement baseline
- Source packet and data export
- Named unresolved fields
- Reviewed monthly summary and material-change alerts
Readiness gate: Requires accepted baselines, candidate-vs-published change delivery, and a reviewed alert-precision gate (kva.7) before the first paid month.
What payment never buys
- Payment never changes a factual status, ordering, or conflict finding on any record.
- Verified negative history is never removed, buried, or re-labeled for a customer.
- Every future partner relationship will be disclosed beside any action it touches.
- Records under editorial review carry no commercial exit of any kind.
Expanded State Coverage Matrix
Scoped per state set (test pricing)
Which states a facility, chain, or product line is licensed or registered to serve, with per-state source links, license classes, and verification dates.
Includes
- Per-state license class and status
- Nonresident and 503B permit coverage
- Source link and retrieval date per row
- Named unresolved states — never guessed
Readiness gate: Requires the state source-adapter family with authority-sidecar coverage (kva.6.2) so every row carries a primary source.
Enterprise Monitoring
Scoped (test pricing)
Network Watch at portfolio scale: many entities, tighter review cadence, and an export/API channel for your systems.
Includes
- Portfolio baseline and chain maps
- Reviewed material-change alerts
- Monthly portfolio summary
- Data export channel
Readiness gate: Requires the Network Watch quality gates (kva.7) plus alert-precision evidence at scale before any engagement.
API / Data License Pilot
$2,500–$5,000/month (test price)
Narrow, read-only endpoints over our evidence model: entity lookup, facility status, source freshness, state-license status, material-change events, and source-packet export.
Includes
- Narrow read-only endpoints
- Source freshness and provenance fields
- Rate limits and license terms in the pilot agreement
Readiness gate: Requires the rights-gated authenticated enterprise API pilot (kva.12.3) and the source-rights matrix (kva.12.1).
Claimed Profile + Monitoring
Test pricing to be set
A facility or chain corrects its own public record through a verified intake, with every change provenance-tracked. Correction never purchases ranking, status, or suppression of verified history.
Includes
- Verified correction intake
- Provenance-tracked changes
- Adjacent public disclosure of the claim
Does not include
- Removal or suppression of verified negative history
- Ranking or status influence
Readiness gate: Requires the claimed-profile workflow with verified intake and append-only history (kva.6 / firewall rule 2).
Sponsored Data Brief
$2,500–$7,500 per brief (test price)
A sponsor funds distribution, design, or a defined research topic. The sponsor gets advance factual review of statements about itself — never approval of conclusions.
Includes
- Clearly defined research or distribution scope
- Public sponsor identity, relationship, and methodology label beside the brief
Does not include
- Editorial approval rights
- Influence over records, evidence, or ordering
Readiness gate: Requires two published proprietary studies (kva.11) and the commercial disclosure policy (kva.4.4) with adjacent sponsor labeling.
Qualified Referral
—
Routing qualified demand to partners. Shown for completeness only — it is not an offer and there is no active route.
Readiness gate: Pending healthcare counsel review and the independence, privacy, and attribution gates (kva.12.6/12.7). No referral path exists today.
Start with evidence, not a pitch
Tell us the facility, chain, or coverage question. For due-diligence packets we open with a free scoping pass naming exactly which fields we can source and which will stay unresolved. Founder-delivered; no account managers.
